Job Title: Civil Project Engineer - Land Development

Job Description:

Our client is seeking a motivated Civil Engineer to join their growing land development team in the San Antonio metro area. This role is ideal for an individual with 3+ years of industry experience who is looking to expand their expertise in land development and infrastructure design. The successful candidate will work on a wide range of commercial and residential projects, collaborating with internal teams, agency staff, and clients to deliver high-quality technical solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare design drawings and exhibits using AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Coordinate with agency staff and internal teams to address design, analysis, and project-related issues
• Support the development of construction drawings, including grading plans, storm drain, water, and sewer designs, as well as signage and striping plans

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) Certificate required (PE preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in civil engineering, preferably with a focus on land development projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Project
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills with a proactive design approach
