Civil Project Engineer II/III - Renewable Energy Structural Design

Timmons Group is seeking a Civil Project Engineer II/III - Structure & Bridge Design for our Richmond, VA office or remote work.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Design of steel piles and connections
• Design of cast-in-place concrete slabs
• Understanding renewable energy terminology
• Develop project scope, schedule, and budgets
• Manage projects and tasks
• Support marketing and proposals

Skills/Requirements

• Bachelor's in Civil or Structural Engineering; Master’s preferred
• At least 2 years of solar structure design experience
• PE license is a plus
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency in LPile, Mathcad, Excel, AutoCAD
• AutoCAD and Excel interoperability skills are a plus
