Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering required; PE license or ability to obtain.
• 5+ years of design development experience in stormwater and transportation.
• Experience with CAD and GIS is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaborative teamwork across internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist projects through planning, design, and construction phases.
• Mentor junior engineers and keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Create high-quality design documentation aligned with scope and standards.
• Perform technical studies, collaborate with sub-consultants, and contribute to reports and analyses.
• Engage with clients to understand needs and deliver solutions and build relationships.
• Contribute to business development opportunities and local client growth.
