We are currently seeking a Civil Project Engineer for our Marietta office.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform civil design tasks such as grading, drainage, paving, geometric design, utility design, etc., along with sketches and technical comparisons as required by the project.
2. Review and coordinate drawings provided by vendors, clients, and architects.
3. Research applicable codes and collaborate with City, County, and State officials.
4. Travel may be required for meetings, project sites, or other business functions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering or related field required.
• EIT or P.E. certification encouraged but not required.
• Three to eight years of relevant industry experience with a municipality or engineering consulting firm.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D is required; knowledge of corridor grading and drainage design is preferable.
• Self-starter, collaborative team player, willing to work on various project types.
• Experience related to residential or commercial site development preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
