We are looking for multiple Project Engineers with a background in heavy civil construction. The Project Engineer will be responsible for projects in the Longmont & Pueblo areas, assisting Project Management with field responsibilities for both self-performing and subcontracted trades.

Job Details:

Major responsibilities include:

1. Coordinating with superintendents and foremen to meet project goals.
2. Assisting Project Manager to ensure safety compliance with OSHA standards.
3. Managing scope changes and proficiency in Viewpoint.
4. Assisting with scheduling, materials, subcontractors, equipment, and quality control.
5. Supporting project planning, scope, resources, and schedule.
6. Processing change orders and assisting with contracts.
7. Coordinating traffic control, safety plans, and other project logistics.
8. Ensuring timely completion and quality with subcontractors.

Requirements:

• Construction Management or Engineering degree from a four-year university.
• Minimum three years of heavy civil construction project experience.
• Experience with CDOT projects.
• Proficiency in Viewpoint preferred.
• Self-starter, independent operator, thrives in a busy environment.
• Willing to travel within Colorado and nearby states.
