The Staff Engineer position at Menadier Engineering, LLC. in Florida oversees design, permitting, and construction oversight for site development and infrastructure projects from concept to completion.

You will ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with Florida regulations while guiding project teams. The role emphasizes managing engineering plans, coordinating with regulators and clients, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring project budgets and timelines are met in a dynamic civil

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the State of Florida.
• Minimum of 4 years of civil engineering experience, with expertise in site design, stormwater management, and permitting.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, stormwater modeling programs, and other relevant engineering software.
• Strong knowledge of Florida permitting processes, regulations, and engineering standards.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
