You will prepare project documents and engineering calculations, mentor junior engineers, and coordinate with design professionals and jurisdiction agencies to meet local criteria and schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college; 5+ years of land development/municipal engineering experience.
• Experience designing Commercial/Institutional Site Development including utility layout, grading, and drainage analysis.
• Licensed PE in Colorado in good standing.

Responsibilities

S. A. Miro, Inc. is seeking a licensed professional engineer to join our team. This position includes the opportunity to design and manage a diverse range of local projects. Responsibilities include preparing project documents and engineering calculations, mentoring and supervising Miro’s up and coming civil engineers, and collaboration with design team professionals and jurisdiction agencies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in land development and/or municipal engineering. Design of Commercial/Institutional Site Development projects including utility layout, grading, and drainage analysis.
• Experience in AutoCAD Civil 3D, StormCAD, WaterCAD, & SewerCAD software, and Mile High Flood District’s design tools.
• Front-range experience is advantageous.
• Licensed PE in good standing in the state of Colorado.
