The Position:
  • Under the direction of the Engineering Leader, the Professional Engineer will complete a wide range of site civil engineering design tasks for private development projects throughout the Midwest.
  • The candidate should be ready to take on the following responsibilities:
  • Lead or contribute to civil site design projects across diverse market sectors.
  • Engage directly in client communications regarding technical project updates.
  • Prepare construction documents, including plans, details and technical reports.
  • Recommend and apply design solutions, criteria and review procedures to ensure delivery of high-quality project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other civil engineers, design professionals and permitting specialists as well as architects and building engineers.
  • Perform site reviews, construction site visits, and coordinate all aspects of construction administration.
  • Communicate with regulatory agencies regarding engineering, permitting, zoning and other site development related issues.

The Location:

Position is located in our Greenville, WI office, with regular travel within the state and occasional travel to national client project sites.

The Candidate:
  • Registered Professional Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in designing a wide variety of commercial & residential site development projects.
  • Experience with implementing green infrastructure and stormwater management design.
  • Clear understanding of construction document preparation.
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and design competency in the areas of grading, drainage, erosion control, sanitary sewer, water main and storm sewer.
  • Ability to independently manage engineering tasks and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Must be a reliable, efficient self-starter with initiative and a sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to communicate with others to convey information effectively by telephone, in written form, email and in person.
  • Valid Driver's License and considered insurable by insurance standards.
