Mission Recruiting represents a confidential Southern California litigation practice seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney for its Torrance or Orange County office. The role offers a diverse caseload across civil litigation, business disputes, liability defense, and probate and trust litigation with a salary of $150,000–$210,000, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience drafting substantive motions and legal briefs.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Excellent communication and client-service abilities.
• Ability to manage litigation matters effectively.

Responsibilities

• Handle civil and probate litigation matters.
• Draft dispositive and non-dispositive motions.
• Manage written discovery and document production.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Develop litigation and case strategy.
• Work directly with clients throughout the litigation process.
• Manage general and professional liability matters.
• Litigate business and commercial disputes.
• Handle probate and trust disputes, including will contests and fiduciary claims.
• Participate in trial preparation and related proceedings.
