Role Overview

We are currently looking for a Civil/Municipal Project Manager to join our growing office in Houston or Corpus Christi, TX.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Involved with the production and coordination of several projects concurrently
  • Lead engineering/process design, project coordination, specification writing, planning, design methods, reporting, equipment sizing and client interactions
  • Maintain client relations and participate in marketing, contractual, design and production meetings
  • Conduct schematic, design development and contract document work sessions at project sites in coordination with technical professionals and other disciplines; manage staffing and workload to complete documents on schedule and within budget
  • Coordinate with Business/Accounting Managers, Project Controllers, Area Managers and Managing Principal for project reviews
  • Implement QA/QC procedures and provide training for personnel as defined by strategic plans
  • Mentor less experienced project staff to foster their professional growth
  • Serve as client manager for several strategic clients within the central Texas region
  • Perform other duties as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
  • 7 years related experience
  • At least 2 years project management experience
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license
  • MS Office and MS Project experience required (Access experience a plus)
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
