Job summary

AR Systems Inc. seeks a Civil Municipal Engineer to lead design and delivery of municipal infrastructure in Mount Holly, NJ. The role requires a PE license, a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, and at least 3 years of hands-on experience with roads, drainage, and utilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Active Professional Engineer (P.E.) license.
• 3+ years of civil/municipal engineering experience with hands-on municipal infrastructure design.
• Experience with roadway, drainage, utilities, or similar public infrastructure projects and preparation of plans, specifications, and calculations.

Responsibilities

• Design municipal infrastructure projects including roads, drainage systems, utilities, and related public improvements.
• Prepare engineering plans, specifications, calculations, and technical documentation; support permitting and regulatory submissions.
• Support projects from planning and design through construction, including technical workstreams, scheduling, budgeting, and delivery.
• Provide construction support by reviewing shop drawings, contractor questions, field conditions, RFIs, and construction documentation.
• Coordinate with municipal clients, public agencies, consultants, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities
