Job Overview

This position involves operating civil and mechanical equipment, ensuring safety, performing maintenance, and supporting project activities. The role requires physical endurance, teamwork, and adherence to safety policies.

Primary Responsibilities

• Practice safety rules and follow instructions.
• Assist supervisors and perform quality work per project specs.
• Manage tools, materials, and equipment responsibly.
• Assist in mobilization, demobilization, and maintenance of equipment.
• Support backup roles and perform additional duties as assigned.

Physical and Safety Requirements

• Stand, bend, twist, and manipulate tools regularly.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs, with assistance for heavier items.
• Work in uncomfortable environments and extended hours.
• Wear protective gear and pass physical exams.
• Climb ladders and work at heights or in confined spaces.

Education & Experience

• 1-2 years related excavating experience near utilities.
• Valid driver’s license; Class A CDL preferred.
