Impact Recruitment is partnering with a growing multidisciplinary engineering firm seeking an experienced Civil Market Director / Senior Civil Engineer, P.E. to lead and expand its civil engineering practice in Pensacola, Florida.

This leadership role offers the opportunity to oversee a team of engineering professionals while managing the planning, design, and delivery of infrastructure projects for municipal, county, state, and federal clients.

The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in civil engineering, hydrology, hydraulics, stormwater management, and client relationship development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of civil engineering professionals and support staff.
• Manage the design, development, implementation, and analysis of civil engineering projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Florida, or the ability to obtain Florida licensure through reciprocity.
• 20+ years of civil engineering experience, preferably focused on public infrastructure projects.
• Strong background in hydrology, hydraulics, stormwater management, and drainage design.
• Experience with project management, budgeting, and client engagement.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft 365 preferred.
• Experience with ICPR or other state‑approved hydraulic/hydrologic modeling software is highly desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
