Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of general civil litigation experience required.
• Experience working for or with government entities preferred.
• Knowledge of complex litigation.

Responsibilities

• Review and manage case files from inception through resolution.
• Prepare subpoenas and initial discovery documents.
• Draft responses to discovery.
• Prepare legal documents such as briefs and pleadings.
• Engage with subject matter experts for investigations.
