Job summary

gpac is seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Paralegal to join our Tulsa office. The role supports attorneys across all case phases, including discovery, deadlines, and client communications. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of civil litigation paralegal experience and a paralegal certificate or equivalent.

You will manage multiple cases, draft litigation documents, and coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and vendors. This position offers full benefits and room for growth.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of civil litigation paralegal experience.
• Experience preparing discovery requests and responses.
• Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, deadlines, and case management.
• Excellent calendaring, organizational, proofreading, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication; client communication.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, proactive about deadlines.
• Paralegal certification or equivalent experience.
• Experience in business, real estate, construction disputes, or probate is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in managing civil litigation caseloads from intake to resolution.
• Maintain calendars for court dates, discovery deadlines, hearings, and mediations.
• Draft and prepare discovery requests/responses, notices, and correspondence.
• Organize electronic and physical case files and communicate with clients.
• Gather and organize documents and evidence; coordinate with counsel and vendors.
• Support case preparation for depositions, hearings, and trials.
