California Bar admission is required.

Qualifications

• Experienced in all phases of defense litigation including case management, motion practice, and discovery.
• Ability to handle hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials.
• Admission to the California Bar is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage civil defense cases from intake through trial or settlement.
• Conduct legal research, draft motions, and prepare pleadings and briefs.
• Coordinate discovery, depositions, and expert witnesses.
• Appear for hearings, trials, and arbitrations as needed.
