The Orange County, CA office of Lewis Brisbois, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is actively seeking an attorney to join its Civil Litigation Practice with the opportunity to work with an experienced trial team in the areas of Real Estate and Personal Injury defense.

The ideal candidate will have strong research and writing skills and California Bar admission, with experience in defense litigation, case management, motions, discovery, hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials in California.

Qualifications

• Strong research and writing skills expected.
• Excellent analytical and drafting abilities.
• Experience in defense litigation preferred but not required for all applicants.

Responsibilities

• Handle all phases of defense litigation including case management, motions, and discovery.
• Manage hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials.
• Collaborate with real estate and personal injury defense teams within the Civil Litigation Practice.
