Candidates will collaborate as part of a national trial team defending major corporations in high-risk litigation across state and federal courts. You will gain hands‑on experience working with a diverse range of corporate clients across industries such as franchise, chemical, ridesharing, social media, software, medical devices, manufacturing, private equity, construction, real estate, technology, and cybersecurity. This role involves working closely with clients to develop targeted defense strategies that align with their business goals while effectively managing litigation risks.
Ideal candidates must be driven team players with excellent litigation, writing and persuasive speaking skills, possess strong academic backgrounds, proven skills in research, and be self‑starters who are able to handle assignments with minimal supervision.
Candidates must be licensed and admitted to practice in Texas.
