Qualifications

• 7–10 years of civil litigation experience with active courtroom experience.
• Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas.
• Ability to handle matters independently with senior attorney support as needed.
• Strong written and oral advocacy, research, drafting, and negotiation skills.
• Client-focused, team-oriented, and able to manage multiple matters.

Responsibilities

• Represent rural landowners in litigation across Texas.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery.
