Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze claims and lawsuits to give advice and negotiate early settlements.
• Conduct legal research and law and motion support.
• Craft dispositive motions, and handling other law and motion tasks (discovery motions, motions in limine, post-trial motions).
• Consult with trial deputies, appellate attorneys, and management concerning legal and settlement strategy from claim to trial.
