W3Global is seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney in Schaumburg, IL with 3–5+ years of experience to lead cases from inception to resolution in a vigorous, growth-oriented firm.

The role offers mentorship, comprehensive CLE training, and a clear path to partnership. Earn a base salary plus a percentage-based annual bonus, with full health, vision, and dental coverage and a hybrid schedule after 90 days.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage civil litigation cases from inception to resolution, ensuring the best outcomes for clients.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop and implement effective litigation strategies that align with client goals.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and courtroom proceedings.
• Draft, review, and revise legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs, with precision and clarity.
• Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and mediations, advocating zealously on their behalf.
• Maintain open and proactive communication with clients, keeping them informed and involved throughout the litigation process.
• Mentor junior attorneys and paralegals, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment that encourages growth and learning.
