Our client, a Tampa Bay area construction law boutique, seeks a Senior Litigation Attorney to lead complex civil and construction disputes. Base salary ranges $160,000–$220,000 with uncapped bonuses and potential hybrid or remote flexibility for the right candidate.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years of civil litigation or construction law experience, strong writing and negotiation skills, and the ability to independently lead cases while advising business leaders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of civil litigation and/or construction law experience.
• Proven experience managing complex, high-stakes litigation.
• Florida construction law experience preferred.
• Strong legal writing, analytical, negotiation, and strategic skills.
• Ability to independently lead cases and advise business owners.
• Board certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of construction project delivery and critical path delay analysis is a plus.

Responsibilities
