Duties:

Represent clients in real estate and commercial civil litigation matters

Handle all stages of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motions, hearings, and trials

Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and court officials

Conduct legal research and draft legal documents with high attention to detail

Strategize and develop litigation plans to ensure favorable outcomes

Collaborate with colleagues on complex legal matters

Deliver high-quality customer service and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements:

Active member of the Florida Bar

Minimum of 2 years of civil litigation experience in Florida
