This role handles all aspects of civil litigation, from pleadings and discovery to trial preparation, with a strong emphasis on advocacy and client service.

A CA bar admission and 2+ years of civil litigation experience are preferred; the compensation reflects experience and market norms.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active California Bar membership in good standing.
• 2+ years civil litigation experience.
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage cases independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $110,000 – $165,000, depending on experience
• Quarterly bonuses paid based on billable collected and exceeding set expectations
