Job summary

Bonham Solutions is seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Attorney to join its San Diego team at a well-established California firm.

The attorney will handle all aspects of civil litigation, from pleadings and discovery to motions and trial preparation, while maintaining a strong client focus and delivering high-quality legal services.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) and active California Bar membership in good standing.
• 2+ years of civil litigation experience preferred.
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage cases independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of civil litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
• Conduct legal research, draft motions, and develop case strategies.
• Represent clients in court appearances, mediations, and depositions.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and colleagues.
• Manage caseload efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range: $110,000 - $165,000, depending on experience
• Quarterly bonuses paid based on billable collected and exceeding set expectations
