Job description

Resolvere Law handles pre-litigation, civil litigation and administrative law matter matters, including business and real estate or property disputes, as well as construction defects and Arizona Registrar of Contractors (ROC) claims. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience, a background in litigation, and a desire to grow with the firm and pursue professional growth.

Duties :

• Represent clients in all aspects of civil litigation matters and proceedings;
• Prepare legal documents, pleadings, motions, and briefs;
• Provide counsel on legal issues and strategies;
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients; and
• Manage client matters start to finish.

Requirements :

• Admitted and in good standing with State Bar of Arizona;
• Team oriented, willing to learn, with writing and oratory skills; and
• Legal research background, familiarity with or open to learning new technology.
