Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Civil Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis.
• Manage case files and maintain detailed records of case progress and outcomes.
• Provide legal counsel to clients on civil litigation matters and strategies for resolution.
• Negotiate settlements and facilitate alternative dispute resolution when applicable.
