Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Civil Litigation Attorney, licensed to practice in Colorado, to handle first-party insurance claims, focused on property damage claims. The ideal candidate will bring 3+ years of hands-on experience in first-party insurance claims, along with a demonstrated ability to think critically and solve complex legal challenges. Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in first-party property insurance claims.
  • Handle all stages of litigation, from initial consultation through trial or settlement.
  • Conduct comprehensive legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations.
  • Offer expert legal counsel and craft effective case strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Must be based in or near Denver, Colorado.
  • Active member of the Colorado Bar.
  • Proven experience with first-party law and required Property Damage experience.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Provide 3 professional references.

Pay:
