Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in civil litigation, knowledge of the Rules of Civil Procedure, experience taking depositions and attending hearings, and a knack for case preparation and strategic thinking. They should have an aptitude for handling liability matters, be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and possess exceptional legal writing abilities. A keen work ethic and a team player mindset are essential for success in our dynamic legal environment. Product liability experience is a plus but not required.
