The role involves drafting pleadings, participating in hearings (in person and via Zoom), and conducting legal research using Westlaw, while managing client intake, strategy, deadlines, and collaborations with courts and opposing counsel.

Qualifications

• Maine Bar License in good standing.
• 3+ years of litigation experience
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated courtroom experience
• Strong legal research, writing, and case management skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines
• Experience in Civil/Business Litigation, Personal Injury/Medical Malpractice, Probate/Trusts & Estate Litigation, Real Estate Litigation, Family/Divorce, Criminal Law, or Appeals

Responsibilities
