Qualifications

• Active license to practice law in Vermont.
• Three or more years of legal experience, preferably in litigation.
• Litigation experience, including taking and defending depositions.
• Excellent organizational, research, writing, and analytical skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage a diverse caseload with increasing independence and responsibility.
• Conduct legal research and analysis involving complex legal issues.
• Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda, and other legal documents.
• Participate in all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, hearings, and trial preparation.
• Communicate directly with clients and contribute to case strategy and management.
• Collaborate closely with experienced attorneys on challenging legal matters.
• Take ownership of assigned matters, manage deadlines, and deliver high-quality work.
