Job summary

The firm provides training and mentorship to grow independently and competently from inception to resolution, including client interactions, depositions, and motion practice.

Successful candidates will contribute to research and writing teams, supporting litigators in motion practice, appellate briefing, and pre/post-suit analysis.

Qualifications

• Strong research and writing abilities required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a high-stakes civil litigation caseload.
• Interest in courtroom appearances early in practice.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse civil litigation caseload from inception to resolution.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Participate in discovery, hearings, and court appearances.
• Meet with clients and prepare and argue motions in court.
