Qualifications

• 1-5 years of practice experience, preferably in insurance defense.
• Licensed to practice in Rhode Island and Massachusetts; Connecticut is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and be part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assess new files and create action plans.
• Prepare discovery responses and manage document production.
• Negotiate settlements and prepare for trial.
