Qualifications

• 4+ years of litigation experience.

• Ability to manage cases with increasing independence and responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Handle premises liability and general liability litigation matters from case inception through resolution.
• Independently manage a litigation caseload and drive cases forward.
• Research, analyze, and interpret statutes, regulations, ordinances, court decisions, and legal opinions.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Conduct depositions and attend hearings in various counties and courthouses.
• Monitor case files and deadlines to ensure matters stay on track.
• Investigate facts and legal issues to support liability analysis and case strategy.
• Work closely with the team on defense strategy, case development, and client reporting.
