Qualifications

• Licensed in California and in good standing with the State Bar.
• Civil litigation experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized, responsible, and self-motivated.
• Strong legal writing, research, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to collaborate with colleagues to serve clients.

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, briefs, motions, and other legal memoranda.
• Conduct legal research and case analysis.
• Represent clients in hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials as experience allows.
• Develop strategies and collaborate with senior attorneys on case management.
• Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients effectively.
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records, case files, and communications.
