Qualifications

• 2 years prior litigation experience required.
• Ability to craft persuasive, clear, and non-convoluted legal arguments.
• A skills-first mindset with interest in learning new legal technologies.
• Must be a member in good standing with the Ohio Bar.

Responsibilities

• Lead Discovery: Manage all phases of discovery, including taking and defending depositions.
• Advocate in Court: Regularly appear for hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Client Ownership: Serve as a primary contact for clients, translating complex legal issues into actionable strategy.
