Qualifications

• Active California Bar license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Handle all phases of complex civil litigation from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case strategy recommendations.
• Participate in depositions, discovery, mediations, hearings, and trial preparation.
• Communicate directly with clients and opposing counsel.
• Manage multiple matters while delivering high-quality legal work.
