Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of civil litigation experience in a law firm.
• Comprehensive litigation experience, including legal research and drafting motions.
• Experience with depositions, arguing motions, and attending mediations preferred.
• Exceptional communication and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Handle litigation cases from inception to resolution.
• Develop legal strategies and conduct research.
• Draft pleadings and motions.
• Manage discovery processes.
• Argue motions in court and attend mediations.
