Orion Placement is seeking an associate to join a respected civil litigation team in Toledo, Ohio. The role involves handling a diverse caseload from inception through resolution, drafting pleadings and motions, conducting research, and representing clients at hearings and depositions.

You will work closely with experienced trial attorneys, with mentorship, collaboration, and opportunities for professional growth in a firm known for client service and results.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Strong oral advocacy and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.
• Insurance defense experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse civil litigation caseload from inception through resolution.
