Job summary

Stonepath in Los Angeles seeks a Civil Litigation Associate Attorney to support an active and growing complex civil litigation practice. This role offers hands-on litigation experience, direct client interaction, and long-term growth within a sophisticated civil litigation environment.

You will be involved in case strategy, discovery, motion practice, depositions, court appearances, and overall case management, with a hybrid work model allowing some remote work.

Qualifications

• At least 4+ years of civil litigation experience.
• JD and active California Bar admission in good standing.
• Experience handling complex civil litigation or related matters.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Experience with discovery, motion practice, depositions, and court appearances.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and work independently and collaboratively.

Title: Associate Attorney (Civil Litigation)

Compensation: $180k-$250k base DOE + Bonus

We’re partnered with a boutique litigation firm in Los Angeles seeking a Civil Litigation Associate Attorney to support an active and growing complex litigation practice.

This role is well suited for an attorney who wants hands-on litigation experience, direct client interaction, and long-term growth within a sophisticated civil litigation environment. Attorneys are actively involved in case strategy, discovery, motion practice, depositions, court appearances, client communication, and overall case management.

What You’ll Need:

• At least 4+ years of civil litigation experience
• JD and active California Bar admission in good standing
• Experience handling complex civil litigation or related matters
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Experience with discovery, motion practice, depositions, and court appearances
