HBK Engineering is seeking a Licensed Professional Engineer. This position offers the opportunity to be part of a project team involved in the design, modification, and analysis of utility systems. The candidate will support municipal designs and land development projects, including electric vehicle charging stations, solar projects, substations, battery storage, and civil site work.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams, manage risks, budgets, and schedules
• Develop client relationships and ensure project safety and compliance
• Mentor engineers and designers, negotiate contracts, and manage resources
• Travel as needed

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• At least 5 years of industry experience
• Professional Engineering license
• Experience with site civil grading, stormwater, and infrastructure design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D or Bentley software

Preferred Skills

• Strong safety adherence, technical writing, and deadline management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office

Compensation and Benefits

Salary range: $95,000 - $140,000 annually, plus bonuses. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and more.
