Wright-Pierce, an award-winning environmental engineering firm, seeks a licensed Civil Lead Project Engineer to join our team. The role focuses on water, wastewater, and civil infrastructure projects across multiple offices.

Final salary is based on education, experience, certifications, and location. Responsibilities include leading hydraulic design, performing calculations, directing junior engineers, developing proposals, and managing projects with strong communication and leadership.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of civil engineering experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• B.S. degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Experience with hydraulic modeling software (ICPR, HEC-RAS, HydroCad, SWMM).
• Experience with surface water hydrology and hydraulics, open channel, pipe design, and pump stations.

Wright-Pierce is an award-winning, multi-discipline environmental engineering firm specializing in water, wastewater, and civil infrastructure. We are seeking a licensed Civil Lead Project Engineer to join our company.

Salary range: $85,000 - $140,000 per year. Final salary is based on education, experience, certifications, and location.

Responsibilities

• Perform engineering calculations and complete tasks with minimal supervision
• Direct junior engineers in execution of technical tasks
• Perform technical reviews of civil engineering design documents
• Lead design of stormwater management systems, streets, roadways, and site improvements
• Develop engineering proposals and presentations
• Project management

Experience
