Wright-Pierce is seeking a licensed Civil Lead Project Engineer to join our team. The role involves leading civil design, managing projects, and mentoring junior engineers. Strong experience with hydraulic modeling, surface water hydrology, and environmental permitting is required.

Located in an organization with a focus on water, wastewater, and civil infrastructure, this position offers growth and a collaborative, cross-disciplinary environment across multiple offices.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of civil engineering experience.
• Experience with hydraulic modeling software (ICPR, HEC-RAS, HydroCad, SWMM).
• Experience with surface water hydrology.
• Experience with open channel, gravity pipe, pressure pipe flow hydraulics, and pump station design.
• Experience with environmental resource permitting.

Wright-Pierce is an award-winning, multi-discipline environmental engineering firm specializing in water, wastewater, and civil infrastructure. We are seeking a licensed Civil Lead Project Engineer to join our company.

Salary range: $85,000 - $140,000 per year. Final salary is based on education, experience, certifications, and location.

Responsibilities

• Perform engineering calculations and complete tasks with minimal supervision
• Direct junior engineers in execution of technical tasks
• Perform technical reviews of civil engineering design documents
• Lead design of stormwater management systems, streets, roadways, and site improvements
• Develop engineering proposals and presentations
