Base pay range

$80,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr

We are seeking a talented Civil Engineer to join our Land Development team! This role involves developing conceptual and detailed design plans using Civil 3D, ensuring functionality and performance aligned with client project requirements, and guaranteeing project quality and accurate construction deliverables.

Qualifications & Skills
  • 4+ years of Civil Engineering experience in Land Development
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field required
  • PE or EIT/FE certification
  • Erosion Control Certification
  • Proficiency in Civil 3D software
Responsibilities
  • Review project proposals and plans; collaborate with Project Manager
  • Adhere to parameters for each project, including design elements and implementation procedures
  • Understand the framework for developing and monitoring project metrics and managing project data collection
  • Ensure compliance with applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards, and specifications
  • Communicate and collaborate with team members on project schedules and production expectations
