Job description

Responsible for preparation, handling, and supplying of materials to be used for duties assigned.

KEY RESULT AREAS (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)
  1. Load and unload equipment
  2. General cleanup and debris removal, including sweeping, cleaning, washing, and unloading
  3. Provide work direction and guidance to Laborer I, II, Helpers, and Apprentices
  4. Build relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds and organizational levels
  5. Perform all other duties as assigned
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
  • A. Ability to work with tools and equipment, such as power and non-powered hand tools, vibrators, pumps, drills, jackhammers, forklifts, skid loaders, and power buggies
  • B. Strong teamwork orientation

  • E. Active listening skills and effective communication, including openness to diverse input and feedback
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

A. Must have completed a two-year apprenticeship program
