Job summary

TIC – The Industrial Company is seeking entry-level workers to assist skilled craft teams on construction sites. The role emphasizes safety, learning, and supporting crews with setup and cleanup tasks.

Ideal candidates will follow directions from supervisors, work outdoors in all weather, and maintain clean, safe work areas while adhering to site policies. Training will be provided as needed, with potential overtime and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• May require a high school diploma or its equivalent with previous years of experience in the field or in a related area.
• Must possess working knowledge skills and abilities for position.
• Ability to understand, follow and transmit written and oral instructions and communicate effectively with management/supervision.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools and layout tools safe and efficiently.
