Responsibilities

• Manage civil/site development/infrastructure projects from start to finish.
• Provide construction management and inspection services.
• Conduct regular job-site inspections and document progress.
• Ensure work conforms to approved plans, specs and standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, developers, owners, engineers and agencies.
• Review schedules, progress and project documentation for accuracy.
• Identify issues and coordinate resolutions.
• Monitor costs, schedules and overall progress.
• Attend meetings and communicate project status.
• Prepare field reports, inspection documentation and project records.
• Assist with project closeout and final acceptance.
