Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of construction-related experience preferred; apprentice level training available.
• Safety-focused with ability to work collaboratively with crew.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment (front end loader, dozer, grader, skid steer, excavator, etc.) at construction sites.
• Inspect equipment before and after use to ensure safe operation.
• Monitor loads and unloads during operation.
• Communicate with crew using hand signals and radios.
• Travel to job sites as needed and support project tasks to ensure success.
