Job summary

Pape-Dawson Engineers in Murfreesboro, TN seeks a full-time Civil Graduate to assist in design, analysis and project coordination under a P.E. mentor. You’ll contribute to grading, drainage and utility layouts, prepare plans and reports, and support permitting and compliance efforts for site development.

Ideal candidates have ABET-accredited civil engineering degree, EIT or ability to obtain within 12 months, and familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

• ABET-accredited bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• EIT certification or ability to obtain within 12 months from start date.

Job Description:Pape-Dawson is seeking a full-time Civil Graduate in our Murfreesboro, Tennessee office following Summer 2027 graduation. This position will contribute to the successful design, analysis, and implementation of projects within an engineering team.
