• 8+ years of direct engineering consulting experience (10+ preferred).
• Proven track record in business development of civil/geotechnical projects.
• Strong understanding of geotechnical, civil, and waste containment concepts.
• Experience leading multi‑disciplinary project teams and client development.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development and client growth in Austin and across Texas.
• Develop and execute a Texas‑focused business development strategy.
• Identify, shape, and win civil/geotechnical opportunities as a seller-doer and technical leader.
• Provide technical leadership on site development, geotechnical analyses, and related infrastructure.
• Oversee engineering deliverables and ensure quality, schedule, and profitability.
• Lead project planning, budgeting, and staff development; mentor junior staff.
